Development Work
Structured, well-documented applications built using AI-assisted development — combining healthcare operations insight with modern technical solutions.

A Flask web application for tracking volunteer hours — including activity and travel — with secure user authentication, dashboards, charts, exports (PDF & CSV), and admin management. Built using AI-assisted programming workflows to accelerate development, improve documentation, and refine UI/UX design.
Built for my Computer Science Non-Exam Assessment. A web-based point-of-sale system with role-based permissions, kitchen display workflow, and formal technical requirements documentation. Architected using AI-supported development processes to improve scalability, clarity, and usability.
This site — built with Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion. Developed using AI-assisted programming techniques to optimise responsiveness, SEO, deployment workflows, and robust image fallback handling.
Continuously expanding my technical portfolio using AI-enhanced development methodologies. Upcoming projects include a volunteer management dashboard, structured case study pages, and a downloadable CV system.

Exploration
Experiencing different cultures, food, landscapes, and ways of life has shaped how I see places and people.
Travel has always been one of the most important ways I learn about the world. I enjoy exploring both major cities and quieter local areas, often focusing on street food, local markets, and places that show everyday life rather than just tourist attractions. Below are some of the journeys I've taken so far. This page will continue to grow as I visit new places.
A month-long journey through Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. This trip focused on culture, history, and local experiences across several cities and regions.

Southeast Asia – Summer 2025
Summer 2025

The trip began in Bangkok, one of the busiest and most energetic cities in Southeast Asia. Time here was spent exploring markets, temples, and street food areas before travelling onward into Cambodia.

In Siem Reap I visited Angkor Wat and the surrounding Angkor temple complex. The scale and detail of the temples were incredible, especially seeing the sunrise over Angkor Wat. After exploring several other temples in the area, the journey continued to Phnom Penh where I explored the capital and learned more about Cambodia's recent history.

The journey began in Ho Chi Minh City where I visited the Cu Chi tunnels to learn about the underground network used during the Vietnam War. The city itself is incredibly busy and full of energy.

Travelling north, I passed through Da Nang and the Lang Co area before reaching Hue. This part of the journey included some of the most scenic coastal landscapes of the trip.

Hue was particularly memorable as I met some extended family members there. Around this time the weather changed and heavy rain began across central Vietnam.

Despite the rain, Ninh Binh was one of my favourite places on the trip. The landscape is filled with limestone mountains, rice fields, and lakes. Our accommodation had an outdoor pool surrounded by small ponds and gardens.
While there, I took part in a cooking course where I learned how to make sticky pork. During the class the power cut out, so we ended up finishing the cooking in near darkness, which made the experience even more memorable.
We also took a boat trip through the river valley. The water levels were too high to complete the full route through the caves, but the scenery was still incredible.

From Ninh Binh I took an overnight sleeper train to Hanoi.

The final part of the trip was spent exploring Hanoi and meeting cousins again. One unusual experience was visiting the largely empty Vin Ocean Park area, including an abandoned water park nearby. We also explored local markets such as Phuc Tan night market during the daytime.
After Hanoi, the trip concluded with the return to the UK.
This trip was my first extended experience travelling in Southeast Asia and included time in Bangkok, Phuket, and Krabi.

Thailand – December 2022 to January 2023
Dec 2022 – Jan 2023

Bangkok introduced me to the scale and energy of Southeast Asian cities. I spent time exploring temples, markets, and street food areas across the city.

Phuket provided a contrast to Bangkok with beaches, island views, and coastal towns.

Krabi was one of the highlights of the trip, with dramatic limestone cliffs rising from the sea.
While there I completed my PADI Open Water diving certification, learning the basics of scuba diving and exploring underwater environments for the first time.
The Road Ahead
A clear, purposeful path towards a career in frontline emergency medicine and healthcare innovation.
My primary goal is to qualify as a paramedic and work on the frontline of the ambulance service — providing urgent, high-quality pre-hospital care to those who need it most.
I am committed to continual learning in emergency medicine — advancing through clinical qualifications, extending my scope of practice, and staying at the forefront of pre-hospital care.
